Junlang Villa: A Multi-Floor Elevator Villa Designed for Modern Living

An Elegant and Cozy Living Space for Small Families

Both the host and hostess of Junlang Villa prefer an elegant, cozy, and qualitative living atmosphere. They aspire to have a healthy life with their families, enjoy special moments of recreation and privacy, enhance family interaction, and work comfortably from home without the hassle of daily cleaning or maintenance work.

Junlang Villa, designed by Chuang Shun-Chieh, is a newly constructed 5-story elevator villa that offers a unique living experience for small families. The design takes full advantage of the multiple-floored foundation to create independent functional themes on each floor, connected by elevators and indoor stairs. The villa features a double-car garage on the first floor, a common room for receiving guests, and a children's play area.

The uniqueness of Junlang Villa lies in its thoughtful use of natural and green environmental-friendly materials. The designer's choice of materials not only showcases the host's exclusive sense of design but also ensures excellent skin-friendliness and weather resistance, extending the overall project's preservation time. For instance, the TV wall and the elevator opening in the second-floor living room are adorned with stone, exuding a low-key luxurious texture. The back wall of the sofa is covered in artistic paint with irregular linear divisions, creating a calm and lively rhythm.

The villa's design also pays attention to the meticulous planning of water usage areas, ensuring the comfort of future spaces. Waterproofing steps in the bathroom, splash-proof designs in the kitchen area, and the combination of various damp-proof materials are meticulously incorporated. The kitchen is equipped with a central island sink, hot and cold drinking devices, and a dishwasher, all pre-configured with a pipeline system to enhance the user experience.

One of the notable design challenges overcome in Junlang Villa is the steel structure and tempered glass ceiling in the living room on the fourth floor. This innovative feature replaces the traditional concrete floor and is equipped with sliding sunshades for flexible light control. The villa also prioritizes edge waterproofing, rust prevention of components, and rainwater diversion to introduce abundant sunlight and offer breathtaking views for the residents.

Completed in January 2021 in Yilan County, Taiwan, Junlang Villa exemplifies the perfect blend of functionality and aesthetics. It has been recognized for its outstanding design and was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2023. This prestigious award acknowledges the villa's well-designed, practical, and innovative features that meet professional and industrial requirements, contributing to a better world.

Junlang Villa is a testament to Chuang Shun-Chieh's expertise in creating spaces that cater to the unique needs and preferences of small families. With its elegant design, thoughtful functionality, and attention to detail, this multi-floor elevator villa offers a truly exceptional living experience.
